ORDER:

Instructions received by the learned Government Pleader from the Sub-Registrar, Renigunta, show that Sy.No.242 to the extent of Ac.32.50 cents is included in the prohibitory list as per the list furnished by the Commissioner, Endowments dated 06.05.2014.

2. In view of the above, the request of the petitioner for registration of 400 sq. yards of house site in the aforesaid survey number without insisting upon no objection certificate cannot be considered. However, petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps including for deletion of the land from the notified list.
