Heard Sri A.Sanjeeva Reddy, counsel for the petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No.1 and Government Pleader for Respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this court in similar circumstances, disposed of Writ Petition No.2636 of 2017 by directing the authorities to consider and pass orders on the representation filed by the petitioners therein.

In the case on hand, the petitioners on 5-2-2017 have given representation to respondent No.1. Complaint is without looking into the representation, the second respondent is proceeding to draw power supply lines in the agricultural lands belonging to the petitioners. Having regard to the order already passed by this court and limited grievance of the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of representation dated 5-2-2017 within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioners are given the liberty to resubmit their representation along with a copy of this order for expeditious decision.
