The prayer in this Criminal Petition is as under: "......to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.11 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Vijayawada, so far as the petitioner(Accused No.7) is concerned."

However, after arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the criminal petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
