When the case was called on 01.02.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner was absent and there was no representation. On 08.02.2018, the matter was adjourned to next week on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the A.P.High Court Bar Association.

Today, when the case is called, learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation and also the order, dated 08.02.2018 is not complied with.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for default/non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
