This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.67 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kavali II Town Police Station, S.P.S.R. Nellore District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
