HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 34868 OF 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging that the respondents have not considered his representations dated 22.8.2016 & 31.8.2016 for posting him back as Junior Assistant in the Office of Deputy Director, Social Welfare, Khammam from the post of Junior Assistant/Typist in the Office of the Assistant Social Welfare, Bhadrachalam/ Palwancha, where he was asked to work on deputation by proceedings dated 16.5.2013. Learned Government Pleader for Services states that the second respondent will consider the representations submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within four weeks.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Services, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representations dated 22.8.2016 & 31.8.2016 submitted by the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
