This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as Accused No.1 in the event of his arrest in Crime No.190 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Kuravi Police Station, Mahabubabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 307, 294-B, 323 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner/Accused No.1 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State. Perused the record.

The case against the petitioner is that he had attacked the victim and abused him in filthy language. The victim received injuries and was also handicapped.

Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that he is involved in two other criminal cases for smuggling jiggery.

This court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused No.1. However, if the petitioner is so advised, he shall approach the concerned Court within ten (10) days. Upon surrender before the concerned Court, the Court shall dispose of the bail application of the petitioner on the very same day or next day after giving notice to the Public Prosecutor. 6.
