The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to protect an extent of 0.13 cents of land in Sy.No.12-4 at Srirampuram village, Payakaraopet Mandal, Visakhapatnam, which is said to be the land belonging to 5th respondent Gram Panchayat.

Sri K.K.Durga Prasad, appearing for 5th respondent Gram Panchayat states that the Gram Panchayat has already filed a suit in O.S.No.142 of 2018 before the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Yelamanchili and obtained temporary injunction order on 23.7.2018. 3.

Since the Gram Panchayat has already taken steps to protect the subject land, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive. 4.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall also stand dismissed.
