The very suit in O.S. No.954 of 2013 on the file of I-Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, was decreed with costs on 9.11.2015. In fact, the present Civil Revision Petition was filed on 28.8.2015. In such an event, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
