THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.21645 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not including the name of the petitioner-Institution in the counselling for EAMCET & ECET AC, SW-III Window for the academic year 2017-18, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing Sri Sudesh Anand, learned Standing Counsel for R-2, would submit that respondents 3 and 4 have to follow the proceedings dated 06.06.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent.

Having regard to the above, there shall be a direction to respondents 3 and 4 to include the name of the petitionerInstitution in EAMCET & ECET AC, SW-III Window counselling for the academic year 2017-2018, if not already included. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________ C.
