No representation for the petitioners, who are arraigned as Accused Nos.1, 2 and 4, respectively, in Crime No.20 of 2013 on the file of Mominpet Police Station, Ranga Reddy District. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on completion of investigation, charge sheet was laid and the case was made over to the Court of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Vikarabad by assigning S.C.No.116 of 2015 and, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
