Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a petition under the provisions of A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 for implementation of the award passed in Award Case No.6 of 2006 by the Arbitrator/Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Hyderabad on 23.01.2007.

2. Granting liberty as sought the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
