THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.1895 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision is preferred by the 3rd defendant in the suit, O.S.No.2804 of 2007 on the file of VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, for seeking disposal of the above suit, as expeditiously as possible. Heard Sri Dheeraj Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, has drawn my attention to the summary of the docket proceedings in O.S.No.2804 of 2007 placed at page Nos.29 and 30 of the paper book filed in this revision. On 05.09.2012, the suit is posted for marking of documents. Thereafter, on several occasions the Court has noted that 'Plaintiff Not Ready' (PNR) and on few occasions costs were imposed on the plaintiff. On 29.11.2012, Rs.500/- costs were imposed to be paid to District Legal Services Authority, which was paid on 07.12.2012.

Even after, 2 1⁄2 years time thereafter the suit is getting dragged on. Therefore, it is only appropriate that VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, should deal with O.S.No.2804 of 2007 on priority basis and shall endeavour to dispose of the same by 31.08.2015 as it is 8 years time has already lapsed. Accordingly, this revision stands disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending in this petition, shall also stand closed. No costs.
