Ramasubramanian) In view of the fact that the university has taken an affidavit of undertaking from the petitioner-institutions and has granted affiliation, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. However, since the decision of the university has come at the last minute, it may not be possible for the Convenor to take note of it and include these colleges in the counseling, the last date of which is today. Therefore, the respondents shall extend the last date by one day, viz., to 29.07.2016, so that the Convenor is informed of the decision of the university and these colleges also included in the counseling. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
