This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the conditions imposed against the petitioners/ A.1 by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge cum I Additional District & Sessions Judge at Visakhapatnam in Crl.M.P.No.3961 of 2016, dated 30.11.2016 as " directing the Investigating Officer to enlarge the petitioner/ A.1 on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Cr.No.24 of 2016 of K.D.Peta PS, subject to furnishing a personal bond of Rs.50,000/ - and two sureties who shall furnish a fixed deposits of Rs.50,000/ - each in the name of the Court of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsipatnam" . Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. Keeping in view the seriousness of the offences alleged against the petitioner, I am not inclined to relax the conditions imposed by the trial court.
