Learned counsel for the appellant-National Insurance Company and the learned counsel for the respondents are present. Learned counsel appearing on both sides submits that the matter is settled by the parties before the Lok Adalat which was held on 09.12.2017.

Since the matter is settled before the Lok Adalat and the Award is passed in terms of the settlement arrived at, by the parties before the Lok Adalat, this appeal is disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
