RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.29521 and 28887 of 2018 COMMON ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) These matters relate to acquisition of land under the National Highways Act, 1956, for the purpose of widening of Yadadri - Warangal road.

Hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and the learned Standing Counsel for the National Highways Authority of India, we see that these issues, essentially, covered on principles of law as per the common judgment issued today in Writ Appeal No.133 of 2019 and connections.

We, therefore, relegate the writ petitioners to raise claims before the competent Land Acquisition Officer, who will look into all aspects of the matter and decide all such claims as well following the contents of the common judgment in Writ Appeal No.133 of 2019 and connections.

The Writ Petitions are ordered accordingly.
