This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused Nos.7, 16 and 21, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking pre arrest bail in Crime No.4 of 2013 on the file of the Station House Officer, CID, Guntur, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471 and 420 of IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.
