THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI WRIT PETITION No.41205 of 2022 O R D E R:
The writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "... to issue an appropriate Writ, order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the inaction of the respondent authorities in taking steps with regard to various illegal and unauthorized constructions made in Ward Nos.4, 5, 14 and 15 in Abids Circle No.14 in spite of the written complaints dt.23-8-2022, 14-10-2022 and 7-11-2022 as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent authorities to pull down/demolish the illegal and unauthorized constructions shown in the representation dt.23-8-2022, 14-10-2022 and 7-11-2022 and .....". 2.
Ms. K. Jayasree, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the unauthorized constructions are going on in Ward Nos.4, 5, 14 and 15 in Abids Circle No.14 and in this regard, several complaints were given to the respondents on 23.08-2022, 14.10.2022 and 07.11.2022. He submits that in spite of the said complaints, no action has been initiated by the respondents.

Mr. K. Siddharth Rao, learned standing counsel submits that he will come up with a counter affidavit.

According to the petitioner, he is a resident of Charkandil, Aghapura. It appears that this writ petition is filed in public interest.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy available to him. There shall be no order as to costs.
The Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand automatically closed.
