HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.29530 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging that respondents 3 and 4 are calling the petitioner and his parents to the Police Station, Raikal, and harassing them and depriving their personal liberties and insisting them to pay a sum of Rs.12 Lacs and give divorce to the 5th respondent as being illegal, arbitrary and for issuance of appropriate consequential directions.

Learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home representing the respondents submits that the 5th respondent has given a complaint to the Raikal Police on 10-08-2018 and as the allegations made in the complaint relates to marital disputes between the petitioner and the 5th respondent, after making a GD entry, the matter was referred for counselling of the parties. It is also stated that the Police have not called the petitioner nor his family members to the Police Station, muchless insisted to pay money to give divorce to the 5th respondent.

Recording the submission made by the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
