THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.235 of 2016 ORDER :

Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents.

2. Petitioner's grievance is that he had preferred an appeal on 02.12.2015 before the District Collector (C.S.Wing) challenging the order dt.31.10.2015 of the 2nd respondent along with a stay application and that the District Collector (C.S.Wing) is not disposing of the same.

3. The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies states that the District Collector (C.S.Wing) respondent will dispose of the stay application within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and he will also decide the appeal within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the District Collector (C.S.Wing),Ongole, Prakasam District to decide the stay application in the appeal filed by the petitioner on 02.12.2015 challenging the order dt.31.10.2015 of the 2nd respondent within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; he shall also decide the appeal within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
