CHANDRAIAH AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1384 of 2014 ORDER:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Challa Kodanda Ram) Alleging that the respondents have wilfully disobeyed the orders passed by this Court in W.A.No.1672 of 2013, dated 10.02.2014, this contempt case is filed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance which he has espoused in the contempt for the present has been redressed. In that view of the matter, he does not wish to press the contempt any longer.
