THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.36076 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent No.4 in not taking any action against respondent No.5, who happens to be a media person, and against whom Cr.No.655/2012 was registered.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the investigation in the case was completed by examining the complainant and recording her statement. A charge sheet was filed before the Court of VII Metropolitan Magistrate at Hayathnagar, Cyberabad on 30.01.2013 vide STC No.91/2013 and the Hon'ble Court imposed a fine of Rs.1,500/- on 01.04.2013.

In view of the above facts, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
