THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.86 of 2016 ORDER :

Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents.

2. Although, the counsel for the petitioner sought to contend that the impugned order dt.14.08.2015 canceling the Fair Price Shop Dealership authorization of the petitioner cannot be sustained because the petitioner's explanation to the show cause notice issued by the 3rd respondent was not properly considered, since the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy in the form of appeal before the 2nd respondent, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

3. Therefore, granting liberty to avail the appellate remedy, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
