This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief - "....to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned Notice in M.C.NO.153/2915, dt.2-2-2017 issued by the 2nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, contrary to the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same and pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper"

Heard Sri S.A.Razack, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise (Telangana).

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.4802 of 2016, dated 15.02.2016. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the orders passed in W.P.No.4802 of 2016 dated 15.02.2016. Office to tag a copy of the order passed in W.P.No.4802 of 2016 to this writ petition.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
