This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed under Order 43 Rule 1 of CPC, challenging the order dated 15.3.2017 in I.A. No.190 of 2014 in O.S. No.761 of 2014 on the file of the Court of XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad.

Heard Sri P.Raja Sripathi Rao, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri V.Balram, learned counsel for the first respondent.

The learned counsel for both the parties, in one voice, submitted that the trial court may be directed to dispose of the suit as early as possible.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties, the learned XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of O.S. No.761 of 2014 on or before 31.8.2017.

With the above direction, the civil miscellaneous appeal is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
