Mrs Shaik Sanjeetha And Another v. Shaik Meera Mohaddin
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU CRP.Nos.2435 and 2443 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :
These revision petitions arise out of the order dated 16.03.2015 in IA.Nos.75 of 2015 and 76 of 2015 respectively in OS.No.190 of 2012 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Gudur.
Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that on 26.09.2018 the original suit itself has been disposed of. He submits that as his client is taking steps to challenge the said judgment and decree dated 26.09.2018, no orders on merits are required in these revision petitions. It is his submission that the rejection of the applications and the order passed in the suit are also being challenged in the appeal.
In that view of the matter, no separate orders are pronounced on merits. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejection of the applications in the appeal. With this observation, the civil revision petitions are dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revisions shall stand closed. ___________________________ D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU, J Date: 03.12.2018 KLP
