This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not making reimbursement of one percent VAT paid by the petitioner on hire charges as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to reimburse one percent VAT paid by the petitioner on hire charges.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents-APSRTC. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation

dated 29.10.2014 submitted by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
