No. 12162 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) In pursuance of the order dated 06.06.2017 passed by this Court, the respondents have complied with the order dated 06.12.2013 in O.A.No. 8558 of 2013 passed by the Tribunal vide Letter No. 12536/ F/ 2014-2, dated 22.06.2017 issued by the Director In-charge, Department of AYUSH, Hyderabad, State of Telangana which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition, and the same is, accordingly closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
