This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.84 of 2017 pending on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati, Chittoor district and transfer the same to the Family Court, Proddatur, YSR Kadapa District.

2 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Permission is accorded. In the result, granting the liberty as sought for, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
