When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the fourth respondent Municipality that if the petitioners herein come forward with a representation, the Municipality will consider providing alternative accommodation to the petitioners herein. 2.

Recording the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioners herein to make a representation before the fourth respondent Municipality for alternative accommodation and if any such representation is made, the respondents to consider the same.
