NO.6077 OF 2015 AND WRIT PETITION NO.10510 OF 2012 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed W.P.M.P. No.6077 of 2015 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the authorities concerned for redressal of their grievance.
