HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.366 of 2017 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the docket order dated 04.01.2017 in Crl.MP.No.21 of 2017 in C.O.R.No.424 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangaon, the petitioner filed this revision. Heard both sides.

A perusal of the impugned docket order shows that the lower Court returned the Crl.MP. filed under Section 457 Cr.P.C. for interim custody of the Hero Glamour Drum/ Self Cast Wheel Motor Cycle bearing registration No.TS 27 0187.

There are no grounds to admit the revision. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned officials of the Prohibition and Excise Department, by way of filing an application and on filing such application, the concerned officials shall dispose of the same after hearing and in accordance with law, preferably, within three months thereafter.

With the above observation, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
