THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3060 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner, challenging the order, dated 29.09.2015 passed in C.C. No.165 of 2015 by the III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam, whereby the learned Magistrate has dismissed the complaint filed by the petitioner for default.

Heard and perused the material available on record. A perusal of the record discloses that the revision case is filed against the order passed in CC, which is not maintainable. The petitioner has to file an appeal challenging the order passed in CC. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal. Hence, The Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
