THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.25279 of 2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) In this writ petition the vires of Rule 64 of the A.P. Chit Fund Rules, 2008 is questioned as being contrary to the provisions of Sections 66, 67, 68 and 69 of the Chief Funds Act, 1982. Sri M.Janardhan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that as the petitioner no longer seeks to challenge the vires of the Rule, liberty be granted to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition and to file a writ petition afresh questioning the action of the respondents in terms of the A.P. Chit Funds Act and the Rules. Liberty, as sought for, is granted and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
