THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.8589 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.71 of 2016 of Suryapet (Rural) Police Station, Nalgonda District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 504 and 506 r/w.34 IPC against them.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. As seen from the complaint, there are certain allegations against the petitioners. Truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the complaint can be ascertained by the investigating agency during the course of investigation.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the Station House Officer, Suryapet (R) Police Station, Nalgonda District, not to arrest the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 in Crime No.71 of 2016 till completion of the investigation.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
