THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.188 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed complaining non-compliance of order, dated 21.04.2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.13355 of 2016.

In the aforesaid order, this Court had issued a direction to the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's explanation and pass appropriate orders after complying with the procedure contemplated under Rule 42 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Building Rules, 2002, as notified in G.O.Ms.No.30, dated 20.01.1995.

At the hearing, it is represented that the order of this Court has been complied with.

Inasmuch as it is stated that the respondent has complied with the order, dated 21.04.2016, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.13355 of 2016, this Contempt Case is closed. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 19th DECEMBER, 2017.
