Sri M. Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that the present Criminal Petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the petitioners were already arrested and remanded to judicial custody and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present Criminal Petition.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
