THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15643 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in detaining the petitioner and harassing him pursuant to registration of Crime No.264 of 2016 dated 06.10.2016. The petitioner earlier approached this Court, and this Court by order dated 21.10.2016 in W.P.No.35613 of 2016 permitted the third respondent therein to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and file a final report within a period of six months from the date of passing of the said order without arresting the petitioner. The petitioner was directed to appear before the third respondent therein as and when required for the purpose of investigation. Now the allegation of the petitioner is that he has been taken from place to place for the purpose of investigation, and the Police are acting highhandedly. If that is the grievance, it is always open to the petitioner to bring it to the notice of the second respondent, and the second respondent shall conduct an enquiry, if there is any allegation of highhandedness.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 27.04.2017 vs
