This Revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a request to direct the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Ongole, Prakasam District, to dispose of O.S.No.173 of 2010.

2. Heard Sri J.P.Rao, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner, apart from perusing the material available on record.

3. The only grievance in the present Revision Petition is non-disposal of O.S.No.173 of 2010. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein is a Senior Citizen of 80 years and is in the evening of her life. It is also the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein is suffering from old age ailments besides Chronic Asthma and she also filed Chief Examination Affidavit. It is further submitted that if the suit is disposed of expeditiously, she will be in a position to get the benefits of the decree.

4. Having regard to the nature of relief and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, Revision is disposed of, directing the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Ongole, Prakasam District, to dispose of the O.S.No.173 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Revision Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 04th December, 2015 SS
