Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.4 and 5 in interfering into the business operations of the petitioner over the premises under the name and style as " M/ s.NIMRAH RESTAURANT & BAKERY" comprising of entire ground floor and some portion of second floor of MFC Building, situated at Nampally Railway Station, Nampally, Hyderabad, pressurizing to vacate the said premises and threatening him with dire consequences, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that without following due process of law, respondent Nos.4 and 5 are interfering with the business activities of the petitioner in the said premises. 4.

Learned Government Pleader denies the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. Further, on instructions, he submits that the respondent police are not interfering with the business activities of the petitioner and when it was found that he was running his shop beyond midnight, he was warned not to do so.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 not to harass the petitioner and in case if any illegal activity is done at the business centre of the

petitioner and if any activity is in contravention of law, the respondent police shall proceed in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
