HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11106 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition, under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.1 seeking to grant bail in Crime No.163 of 2015 of Punganur Police Station, Punganur, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 307, 324, 342, 364 and 384 r/w. 34 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with the other accused conspired together and tried to commit murder of the de facto complainant by kidnapping him, due to some financial disputes. It is informed by the learned Public Prosecutor that the other accused were already arrested.

Taking into consideration the gravity of the offences alleged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J November 04, 2015.
