Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for respondent No.1.
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioner and not fixing his pay, as arbitrary and illegal.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner belongs to hereditary family of Matrusri Sri Tarigonda Vengamamba and that he has been rendering Muthyala Harathi Services at Tirumala Temple. He further submits that by virtue of Section 34 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable & Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, he is entitled to regularization of his services and the representation made by him on 4.3.2015 before the second respondent is kept pending.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the
2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 4.3.2015 submitted by the petitioner seeking regularization of his services, according to rules, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
