THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.39306 of 2015 ORDER:

Sri J.M.Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology state before this Court that the issue raised in this writ petition fell for consideration earlier in W.P.No.33404 of 2015. A copy of the order dated 12.10.2015 passed in the said writ petition is placed on record.

For reasons alike as were stated in the above order and in terms thereof, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Director of Mines and Geology, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, to pass appropriate orders on the quarry lease application submitted by the petitioner in relation to the subject land in accordance with law within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
