This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.938 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at Malkajgiri, and transfer the same to City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing this petition has become infructuous.
