This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent-III Town PS, Kurnool, in interfering with the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members as being illegal and arbitrary and for issuance of consequential directions.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home for respondents. Learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home submits that the 6th respondent submitted a written report to the 3rd respondent which disclosed some maritial disputes between the petitioner and the un-official respondents and as such, after making a GD entry, the matter was referred for counselling of the parties. It is also stated that the Police have not called the petitioner nor his family members to the Police Station, except referring them to counselling. Recording the submission made by the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the life and

liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
