THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13648 of 2010 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-sole accused in Crime No.318 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, Governorpet Police Station, Vijayawada, registered under Section 353 IPC. Respondent's counsel is present. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet before concerned Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the purpose of filing this petition becomes infructuous. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, dismissal of this petition does not preclude the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
