This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus i to declare the inaction of the respondents 2 to 6 in taking necessary action against the unofficial respondents for their act of illegal encroachment by erecting iron sheds ii to declare the inaction of the 7th respondent police for threatening the petitioners with dire consequences by encroaching their lands not registering any crime against the unofficial respondents as arbitrary illegal violation of Articles 14 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India iii and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 7 to take action against the unofficial respondents 8 to 10 ivand be pleased to pass..."

Learned counsel for the petitioners Sri. V. Veda Vikas, submits that petitioner No.1 purchased an extent of Ac.0-06 gts through a registered sale deed dated 15.03.1997, petitioner No.2 purchased an extent of Ac.005 gts through a registered sale deed dated 19.06.2003 and petitioner No.3 purchased an extent of Ac.0-05 gts through a registered sale deed dated 19.06.2003. On 05.08.2022, they came to know that the unofficial respondents 8 and 9 encroached the lands by erecting
two iron sheds. Immediately they approached the official respondents and questioned as to how they have encroached into the petitioners' plot, as they have purchased the same vide registered documents. It is stated that they have approached respondent No.7, and also the Panchayat official, then they came to know that the unofficial respondents have obtained construction permission on 11.05.2022. Thereafter, respondent No.6 cancelled the permission issued to respondent Nos. 8 and 9 on 25.08.2022, but thereafter a notice was issued and another notice was issued on 17.10.2022 to remove illegal iron sheds, but the unofficial respondents failed to remove the same and the official respondents failed to take any action.

Mr. R. Chandrashekar Reddy Learned Standing Counsel submits that they will take further action pursuant to the notice dated 17.10.2022.

Recording the submission of the learned Standing
Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the official respondents to take further action pursuant to the notice dated 17.10.2022 and the entire process has to be completed within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As this Court has directed the official respondents to issue notice to the unofficial respondents No. 8 to 10, this Court is not proposing to issue notice to them. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
