Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 2.

Having regard to the submissions of both sides, the revision petition is allowed. The impugned order of the XIII Additional Chief Judge (FTC) City Civil Court, Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal) in dismissing I.A.No.6 of 2015 in O.P.No.2094 of 2013 to set aside the ex parte order passed against revision petitioner-insurer before the Tribunal in O.P.No.2094 of 2013, is set aside by allowing the application in I.A.No.6 of 2015 by permitting the revision petitioner to participate in the proceedings. Further, the Tribunal shall dispose of O.P.No.2094 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of the order. 3.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
