This Contempt Case is filed against willful disobedience of order, dated 09.10.2013, in W.P.No.28717 of 2013. 2.

Today, respondent No.2 is personally present before the Court. In obedience to form-I notice issued by this Court on 16.03.2018, the said respondent has also filed an additional counter-affidavit, dated 11.04.2018, wherein he has stated that shop No.17 is allotted to the petitioner. This submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

With the allotment of shop No.17 to the petitioner, the aforementioned order of this Court stood complied with. 4.
